吃吃喝喝@哥德堡 F&B@Göteborg

Feskekôrka (Fish Church) 海鲜市场也被称作鱼之教堂。

在哥德堡吃，可是不便宜哦！随便吃吃路边摊也得花上kr25-100. kr25只能买到一舀冰淇淋。一个正餐至少也得花上KR150。 最经济的大概只有快餐了，Burger King 或McD。在一些鱼市场也能买得比较经济的便当， 比如Feskekôrka (Fish Church) 或者Salluhallen (Sweden Fresh market)。

买了便当还可以坐在河边欣赏着美景慢慢享用， 多么悠闲写意。

It is expensive to dine in Göteborg. KR25-100 can only get a snack like a hot dog. A scoop of ice-cream is cost about KR25 or more. A proper dining in Göteborg may cost at least KR150. For a budget traveller, can try for Burger King, it taste juicy and nice. And also picnic box at fresh market such as Feskekôrka (Fish Church) or Salluhallen (Sweden Fresh market). Ikea's restaurant having good offer during weekdays and their  breakfast set is not bad as well.

为了节省开支当然是自己煮咯！ 在人生地不熟的情况下， 第一次购物就在邻近的7-Eleven。 后来相比之下7-Eleven的东西也不便宜呢！我和老公第一次光顾就买了超贵的鸡蛋和火腿，而且还过期了呢！ 最好还是光顾本地商店。首选当然是LiDL， 接着有Netto, Willy:s, Coop Konsum, Hemköp 和一些Asian Market。 另外， 4-Frukt的水果常常都会做促销。可是4-Frukt 在哥德堡市内只此一家就在Brunnsgatan 1, 2 号电车就能抵达。有时间的话也可BBQ 和野餐都是哥德堡常见的户外。在本地商店会出售一盒盒野餐用的BBQ盒, 方便且容易使用， 用完即弃。IKEA餐厅也是个不错的选择，工作天还有特价！假日早餐也不错呢！除了这些， 哥德堡也有一些跳蚤市场. 尤其在夏天。Kviberg Market , Haga Church, car park of Slottsskogen and etc.

To save cost of course we plan to cook cause we have a complete kitchen in our apartment. Our first shop  at 7-Eleven. We bought 4 eggs and small pack of ham. It is really expensive and been expired before the date we bought. It is better to shop at local markets. My first choice is LiDL follow by Netto, Willy:s, Coop Konsum , Hemköp and Asian Markets. Besides, there are always promotion on fruits at 4-Frukt. Its located at Brunnsgatan 1, can be reach by tram no.2.

I always think of barbecue at park but my husband interested. It is very common to barbecue or picnic at  Göteborg parks no matter alone, with family or with pets. It is very convenience to get a barbecue box at local markets. The barbecue box normally come with lighter and just throw away after barbecue. Ikea's restaurant offer selected meals during weekdays and its breakfast set is not bad too.

There are some flea markets around certain area, especially in summer. Such as Kviberg Market , Haga Church, car park of Slottsskogen and etc. Mostly selling unused or second hand goods such as household products, clothes, shoes, display items and etc. Snacks, food and flowers as well.

Here some own cooked meals and local food during our stay in Göteborg. 吃吃乐！

瑞典甜点， 燕麦里头有点咖啡香被巧克力包裹着。外层再裹一层椰丝碎。有着多种层次的味道。

另一个瑞典甜点， 超甜的。两种甜点都能在IKEA找到还比较便宜呢！

Caviar + swedish biscuit + cheese = yummy! 瑞典出产的鱼子酱，奶酪和饼干。好吃！

Pickled herring with many different flavours. I bought it in Netto just KR1 each.  I prefer fresh instead of pickled but no harm to try.  这也算是瑞典特产吧！多种味道的腌鲱鱼， Netto 特价时购买只花了KR1一瓶。

烧烤酱猪扒， 小红萝卜沙拉 和土豆

Barbecue chicken, asparagus, eggplants, mushroom with rice. 烤鸡和烤蔬菜。

白芦笋和火腿， 沙拉和土豆。不知道是不是我不会煮白芦笋，每次都有点涩涩的还有点难咀嚼。 可能手艺不到家， 呵呵~

Extra size with spices sausage spaghetti.  特大香肠片和香料香肠意大利面， 好怀念哦！

I stayed in Göteborg with husband since April'2012. Its almost end of winter but it is freezing for me as an Asian from a tropical country. Its raining most of the time, snow rain sometimes. Its hardly to see the sun over here  maybe holidays at my homeland. However, the scenery is nice. We were enjoyed the relax and peaceful life in Göteborg. 

Once May, Göteborg started to celebrate summer no matter its in good or bad weather. Its started happening and getting crowded along the streets. The sun is back from holidays around middle of the May this year. Everyone was happy to take sun bath at parks, riversides, balcony or etc. Although I felt cold but its really hot after few minutes sun bath. My skin start felt pain >.<.  

The sun was went for vacations again after working a week in Göteborg. The rain & cold wind were back from work  together most of the times. The sun is rare here, therefore everyone is appreciate for rays. The most higher temperature in Göteborg that I experienced was 27'C. 

从四月开始就和老公一起住在Göteborg 。 四月是冬季的尾声可是还是很冷，常常下雨， 有时还会下场小雪。整个四月里差不多都是阴阴沉沉的， 太阳都度假去了。虽然冷可是景色很是不错哦！哥德堡是个悠闲的地方。大家都很享受生活。五月份一到， 不管天气如何Göteborg 都会开开心心的迎接夏天的到来。2012 的五月中，久违的太阳终于出来报到了。大家都开开心心的到公园或河边来个日光浴。可是对我来说真的是太热了啦！晒个十分钟都已经是极限了。

好景不长， 才一个礼拜多就要那努力工作的太阳说拜拜了。接下来的的天气除了阴天雨天， 还阴晴不定呢！ 我才明白为什么大家会这么珍惜和阳光接触的机会，热辣辣的阳光在这儿真的很难得。 我还记得最热的那一天是27度。

Transportation in Göteborg is quite convenience,Västtrafik. There are few different type of Västtrafik card, can be get from convenience store like Pressbyrån and 7-Eleven. Ticket is not selling onboard. If been found onboard without a valid ticket will be fine KR1200. Once scanned a ticket, you can freely to change between tram, bus and boat within 90mins. Älvsnabbare ferries run between Rosenlund and Lindholmspiren with free of charge during working hours. It is difference experience to view the city. For enjoy more view, we took tram no.11 to Saltholmen to take ferry for island views. If plan to visit a island bear in mind for the ferries timetable, you may miss the ferry and overnight on the island. For tourist, its worthy to go for Gothenburg Card which included  admission of all attractions, travel on public transport or parking and shopping discounts.

哥德堡 的公共交通Västtrafik相当方便有电车，巴士和船。 还有到处都能看见自行车出租。只要到便利商店如Pressbyrån 和 7-Eleven都可以购买到Västtrafik卡。公共交通上是不售票的哦! 要是被检票员检出没票搭车可是会被罚款KR1200.Västtrafik卡扫描一次能乘搭90分钟的公共交通包括电车，巴士和船。要是来观光， 可能Gothenburg Card会比较划算。 要是想从船上欣赏又不想花钱就得搭上Älvsnabbare。它的路线虽短只来回Rosenlund 和 Lindholmspiren， 但是在工作日时可是免费的哦！ 想欣赏更多就得搭11号电车到Saltholmen码头去搭船 Styrsöbol\aget。可以选择不下船环岛游或者到某个岛上参观。可是得注意回程船班时间， 搞不好回不得还得留宿哦！

If plan to visit countries nearby it is convenience to go with plane, ferry, bus and train. For which to choose all depend on the budget and time allowance.

要到邻近国家玩玩可以选择飞机，船，巴士和火车。该如何抉择就得衡量一下自己的预算和时间了。

Skansen Kronan is located at the steep hill of city centre.  

Its open for public and a good view to enjoy the city from the top.

Local even having their wedding dinner here.

除了可以在高处欣赏美景还可以来个浪漫晚餐！
当地人也喜欢在这举行结婚派对。 

Husband and I visited few places during our free times. Some are free some are chargeable. The tourism business and services are start on June. Before that all are closed. Must bear in mind for those who plan to visit Sweden and other countries nearby.

空闲的时候和老公游览了好些地方包括收费与不收费的。瑞典和一些邻近的国家在六月的时候才开始他们的旅游业。一些服务与景点在六月前是不开放的。来旅游的话一定要选对时间哦！

Trädgårdsföreningen is a nice garden and included cafe, greenhouse, kids play ground and etc. Its free of entry fee during off season.
这公园在淡季的时候是不收费的,里头有咖啡屋和温室等等。

Slottsskogen is a park located just beside the city centre. It is a 137 hectares English garden with fields for many sport and even zoo with many kinds of Swedish animals, penguins and seals ponds. It is no entry fee for parks or zoo. 

Slottsskogen 就位于市中心旁边。它的面积有137公顷的英式公园，不但拥有多个不同类型的球场，美丽的草坪而且还有动物园呢！都是瑞典动物，小企鹅和海豹。这公园和动物园都是不收费的哦！　

Slottsskogen Barnens Zoo is open for public. 
Barnens Zoo 开放给公众参观，让大家和小动物有更亲密的接触更接近大自然。

Göteborg Opera. 哥德堡歌剧院。 

Liseberg Amusement Park It is open on end of April with fireworks at night.
Liseberg 游乐园在四月尾开放，开幕当天晚上还放烟花呢！

Universeum is free for kids under 3 years old. 

Nordstan, the main shopping center. 主要的购物中心。

Bus waiting hall at Nil Ericsson Terminal. 巴士候车厅。

Train station at Centralstation. 火车站。

Gamla Ullevi, football stadium. Always happening. 常常都好不热闹的足球场。

Carlsten Fortress, Marstrand.

Marstrand is a transport free island. This is the ferry go between Koon and Marstrand Island all day . 

Marstrand Island is popular with sailing
especially in summer.  A  Match Cup Sweden,
sailing competition will be held at Marstrand every year.

小吃 > 芝麻紫菜 Sesame Seaweed Snack

做这道小吃之前就是做意大利脆饼。做意大利脆饼的时候剩下一些蛋黄， 所以就可以用蛋黄延续下一道小吃啦！就是这道炸芝麻紫菜饼。还特意加了我最爱的芝麻， 好好吃哦！
There were some egg yolks left after Italian Biscotti get done. I used those egg yolks continued for this snacks. I also add on my preferable sesame into it. 

Ingredients :

• 紫菜片 seaweed sheets
• 鸡蛋 eggs
• 芝麻 sesame
• 薄饼皮 popiah sheets
• 油 oil

Steps:
1. Whisk the eggs and apply on a popiah sheet.

 - 将鸡蛋打散，涂一层蛋汁在一张薄饼皮上。

2. Put some sesame on the popiah sheet.

 - 撒上一些芝麻。

3. Stick a seaweed sheets on the popiah sheet.

 - 铺上一张紫菜片， 把紫菜片黏上薄饼皮。

4. Cut it into preferable size and continue repeat to others.

 - 用剪刀剪出自己喜欢的尺寸。

5. After get it done, fried it into light gold.

 - 准备好后放入油锅炸至金黄色，捞起隔油。

6. Leave it cold completely and its ready to serve.

 - 待冷后就完成啦！

DIY Dog's Toys 宠物玩具

My German shepherd is a toy destroyer but she love soft toys very much.
During her hair drop season I collected a bag of her hair. I used some curtain to sew a ball and fill it up with those hair. She love the ball which is full of her smell very much. She still broke up the ball in 1 day time. Her nose and  mouth full with her own hair. Its funny....
The other soft toy is still exist where I just let her play when she is inside the house.

我家狼犬莎莎很爱毛绒玩具， 爱到爱不释口。所以一天不到就玩完可以送进垃圾桶了。
有次莎莎掉毛时期，几天就收集了一大包的毛发。 心血来潮就DIY了一个布球然后把那些毛发都塞进去。莎莎很爱那个充满自己味道的布球， 可在一天之内布球就拜拜了。。呵呵！
另一个DIY玩具就比较幸运，我把它放在家里。莎莎只要进家里就会把它找出来玩。

意大利脆饼 Italian Biscotti

Italian Biscotti also known "Biscotti di Prato" or "Catuccini". Is a twice baked biscuits originating in the Italian city of Prato. It is healthy, no oil, no food additives and low sugar in this biscotti recipe. My gsd love the almond so much!

意 大利脆饼是一种传统意式饼干。下午茶的时候配着咖啡一起慢慢享受，特写意。在这食谱里没有任何食物添加剂， 无油和少糖， 健康又不怕胖，而且狗狗也能吃。香香的杏仁，狗狗口水直流呢！做法不难但是需要烤两次，第二阶段还蛮费功夫的。除了要把烤好的面团切成薄片， 还得排列好再烤一次。可能我比较喜欢吃薄薄的， 所以比较费功夫。

Ingredients :

• 120gm 杏仁whole almond
• 120gm 面粉shifted flour
• 90-120gm 砂糖castor sugar
•  3 nos 蛋白egg white

Steps:
1. Whisk egg white until foamy add in castor sugar and whisk until stiff.
 -将蛋白打至起泡加入砂糖继续打至硬性泡沫。（盘子倒扣蛋白也不会掉下来）
2. Add in shifted flour and whole almond mix well.
- 拌入筛过的面粉和杏仁， 拌均。
3. Pour into a dish with foil.
- 倒入铺了锡纸的烘盘。
4. Bake in 180'C for 30mins.
- 以180'C 烘烤至30分钟。
5. Let it cold, wrap up with foil and keep in the fridge until next day. Or put it in the freezer if you want to keep it longer.
- 待冷却后， 拉起锡纸包好放入冰箱到隔日。如果想收久一些就得冷藏它。
6. Use a sharp knife, cut it into thin slices.
- 用利刀切成薄片。
7. Arrange slices onto the baking tray. Bake at 130'C for 45mins.
- 排入烤盘里以 130'C for 40mins.
8. Leave it cool completely and store into a airtight cookie jar.
- 待完全冷却后，必须置入在 不透气的罐子里。

5-7 am 大肠的排毒时间。
〉应上厕所排便，堆积在肠道中的宿便是病之起源。

7-9 am 胃脏消化热量，提供一天的能量。
〉未吃早餐又未排便，小肠就会吸收大肠内的宿便而对身体不利。

〉不宜吃冰伤脾脏，影响发育及生育。
